Upper Body Push Session


 


Try this chest, shoulders and triceps workout, which is ideal to complete twice per week by simply switching the order of the first two exercises, and the following two exercises.

This style of training is 100% more effective than a single body part session, which simply does not work well for natural trainers. More frequency, less session volume, but increased total volume will move you forward at a faster rate than outdated bodybuilder style splits.
