The ultimate breakfast shake

Up early in the morning? Time of the essence? Cooking a full breakfast unrealistic or simply not a possibility?

LDNM’s Ultimate Breakfast Shake is a great way to fuel your body. It provides a welcome alternative to those who leave the house with an empty stomach and place themselves at risk of the early and mid-morning sub-optimal snacking.

Here is what we throw into a morning shake, give it a go, and give your body a strong start. Start the day in a positive way, move forwards not backwards:

  1. 25g LDNM Whey Protein 
  2. 70-80g Instant Oats
  3. 100-150ml Egg Whites
  4. 1 x Teaspoon Natural Honey
  5. 1 x Tablespoon Peanut Butter 
  6. Splash of Almond Milk
  7. Top up with ice cold water as required


Rough Macronutrient Profile:

  • Protein: 45g
  • Carbohydrates: 70g
  • Fats: 20g
