Tabata Workouts are an intense form of interval based cardio. Tabata only takes four minutes and consists of:

  • 4 x 20 second efforts,
  • 4 x 10 second rest between efforts,
  • 2 x laps,
  • 4 minutes in total!

 

Tabata is great to replace your cardio should you have missed a session, or simply when away from the gym and looking for a quick and simple beasting!
