Spice up your Salmon with our Sweet Chilli Salmon Skewers recipe!

 

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 4 salmon filets (cut into chunks)
  • 20ml sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • 2 limes (zest & juice)
  • 1 small red chilli
  • 50ml crème fresh
  • 1 tablespoon of dill
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Cut the salmon into large square chunks. Place it in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, chilli, lime zest, lime juice and then cover with the sweet chili sauce, tossing well to coat. Take the chunks and place them on 4 skewers.
  2. To make garlic sauce mix crème fresh with garlic, dill and salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and add the coconut oil. Place the skewers in the skillet and cook until opaque and golden on all sides, about 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove the salmon and place it on a plate.
  4. Drizzle it with the sesame oil and cover with sesame seeds. Finish with a spritz of lime. Serve with garlic sauce and fresh salad (optional).
