This easy Strawberry Protein Sorbet recipe is ideal post workout, or as a pudding after a BBQ!


STRAWBERRY PROTEIN SORBET with @MB_LDNM ???????????? . Ingredients: • 400g strawberries • 70g honey • Add mint leaves to taste (used 8-10 small leaves) • 50g strawberry whey (maple syrup would also go well!) . Directions: • Quarter strawberries, and then add the fruit, honey and mint to a blender cup • Blend until smooth and then sieve out some of the seeds. • Add they whey and blend until smooth • Add to tupperware and freeze for at least 4-5 hours before serving. . Ingredients (serves 3):

400g quartered strawberries

70g honey

5-10 mint leaves to taste

50g LDNM strawberry whey



Add the strawberries, honey and mint leaves to a shaker cup and blend until smooth

Pour the mixture through a sieve to remove some of the seeds (optional)

Return the mixture to the blender cup, before adding the whey powder and blending again until smooth

Pour into a tupperware container, seal and place on a level shelf in the freezer

Leave this for at least 4 hours before serving
