Try this refreshing take on our infamous pre-workout, and make yourself a pre workout cocktail!
- 4-8 scoops LDNM pre workout
- 200ml sparkling water
- 30g of fresh diced strawberries or raspberries
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Fresh mint (to crush and add or garnish)
- Mix all ingredients together and consume immediately!
