Pre workout

 

Try this refreshing take on our infamous pre-workout, and make yourself a pre workout cocktail!

 

Ingredients:

  • 4-8 scoops LDNM pre workout
  • 200ml sparkling water
  • 30g of fresh diced strawberries or raspberries
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Fresh mint (to crush and add or garnish)

 

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients together and consume immediately!
