vegan energy balls

You absolutely have to try our delicious No Bake Vegan Energy Balls!

Our Vegan Energy Balls are high in protein and are a super tasty treat. They also work with regular whey protein powder, should you not be vegan.

We have lots of other vegan recipes for you to try, including; vegan pizza, bean stir fry, chickpea curry, high protein spicy bean chilli, chocolate peanut butter cups and many more.

 

Ingredients (makes 10 balls):

  • 100g oats
  • 2 scoops LDNM vegan protein powder
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 40g peanut butter

 

Directions:

  1. Pour oats and protein powder and cocoa powder into a food processor. Turn on for a minute until the oats are slightly chopped but not completely smooth.
  2. Add the banana and peanut butter and turn on until dough forms.
  3. Roll into 10 balls & store in an airtight container.
