This <15 minute metabolic barbell workout is an absolute killer! You can do it with a barbell as shown, or alternatively with dumbbells and an ab wheel.


5 rounds;

  • 1 x barbell
  • 10 reps per exercise
  • Minimal rest between exercises
  • 60 seconds rest between rounds


The exercise order;

  1. Deadlift to upright row
  2. Back squat & overhead press
  3. Bent over rows
  4. Barbell ab rollouts
