Mass gainer options often get a bad rap, but the fact of the matter is that they don’t have to be unhealthy and if you do not meet your calorie goal for muscle gain, then you will not build muscle. If a mass gainer style shake allows you to move into a calorie surplus more commonly, then utilising it daily or occasionally are both fine (even necessary) to do.
We do sell a pre-made mass gainer shake, which is fantastic for those of you who struggle to meet your calorie target too frequently or have a period of the day where a meal isn’t viable. It comes in at 450 calories, so great for cutting and bulking phases.
