Would You Recommend LDNM To Others?

I would certainly recommend LDNM to others as it’s perfect for those who are new to training, but also great fro those who advanced. If you lack confidence in the gym it also massively helps, I’d only really used machines up until I got the Cutting Guide. It gives you the tools for life on nutrition & training  for a small one off investment. I really can’t fault your guides and the support you guys give it literally is 24/7.
