Team LDNM’s @MB_LDNM has created a horrible circuit for those of you in need of lower impact forms of cardio. He currently has a right ankle and knee issue, so this was designed as a quick cardio blast that’s neither easy, boring or high impact. Try this Low Impact Tabata Circuit now!




Tabata works by choosing 4 exercises, or even the same cardio based exercise and:

  • Completing 20 seconds at maximal effort,
  • 10 seconds rest between exercises,
  • 2 laps of the 4 exercises shown,
  • 4 minutes total work (including rest periods).
