- 1 pint skimmed milk,
- 2x scoops LDNM Whey Protein (flavour of choice).
- 3 egg yolks,
- 1 banana.
- Make a hot custard with the milk and egg yolks.
- Once thickened, add the Whey Protein and blend with a hand blender.
- Once you have fully mixed the protein (no lumps), add the chopped banana.
- Pour the mix into a tupperware box.
- Put in the freezer until it reaches ice cream consistency.
