Homemade Protein Ice Cream Recipe


Protein Ice Cream, made to this recipe, contains way over 45g protein, and no added sugars or fats (apart from egg yolks!).



  • 1 pint skimmed milk,
  • 2x scoops LDNM Whey Protein (flavour of choice). 
  • 3 egg yolks,
  • 1 banana.


  • Make a hot custard with the milk and egg yolks.
  • Once thickened, add the Whey Protein and blend with a hand blender.
  • Once you have fully mixed the protein (no lumps), add the chopped banana.
  • Pour the mix into a tupperware box.
  • Put in the freezer until it reaches ice cream consistency.
