How Has LDNM Affected You Both Physically & Mentally?

” Physically I feel great, a lot fitter but mainly I just feel a lot more comfortable in myself and my clothes fit me the way I want them too again. Before the guide I thought eating a lot of whatever I wanted and lifting weights would help me bulk up, it did, but I ended up gaining a bit too much body fat and lack of training post holiday left me where I was in the first photo. After following LDNM for a while on social media, I thought I would give the Cutting Guide a go and 12 weeks later I’m really happy with where I am now and leaves me with a good platform to start the Muscle Building Bible“.
