- Kettlebell swings
- Kettlebell goblet squats
- Kettlebell deadlifts
- Weighted alternating lunges
- 2 rounds;
- 20 seconds per exercise
- 10 seconds rest between exercises
- 4 minutes in total!
If you wish to lengthen the workout, simply add more rounds! And to make it more intense use a heavier kettlebell!
