This Home Kettle Bell Workout can be completed from home or the gym, and is great to hit the whole body and burn calories!

 

You should select an appropriately weighted kettle bell, and don’t feel that you cannot reduce the weight during the circuit if your form breaks down. For reference, our @MB_LDNM is using a 20kg kettle bell here.

 

The Workout:

 

 

Directions:

  • Complete 3-5 rounds
  • 15 reps of each exercise
  • Minimal rest between exercises
  • Complete in the order shown
  • 30 seconds rest between rounds/circuits
