  • Romanian Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • Sumo Goblet Squats
  • Lunge & Bicep Curl
  • Swiss Ball Hamstring Curls
  • Squat Taps

 

The Workout:

  • 5 rounds;
  • 45 seconds exercise
  • 15 seconds rest between exercises
  • 25 minutes in total
