This High Intensity Tabata Circuit can be used after weights or as a standalone circuit for when short on time. If you don’t have this equipment please try our Tabata Home Workouts.

Complete each exercise in the order shown for 20 seconds at a maximal intensity, with 10 seconds rest between exercises. Then complete 2 laps, so 4 minutes (of pain) in total.


  • Ball Slams,
  • Battle Ropes,
  • Press Up Taps,
  • Russian Twists.
