Ingredients (serves 1):
- 1 slice of sourdough
- 2 bacon medallions
- 2 medium eggs
- 10 mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 tomato
- 100g baked beans
- Garlic salt and pepper to taste
- Place bacon under the grill at a medium heat, turn as needed.
- Add the beans to a small pan and cook over a medium heat or microwave for 2-3 minutes.
- As the beans are cooking add the mushrooms and tomato to the pan before carefully cracking the eggs into remaining space in the pan. Season the contents of the pan with black pepper and garlic salt, cook until the egg reaches your desired consistency.
- Toast your sourdough and serve all the ingredients together
