There’s a craze on the ‘interweb’ right now of people using up their remaining daily macros/calories in a bowl of deliciousness named the #FlexBowl. While we constantly promote the need for flexible dieting over clean eating we do not support pure IIFYM (if it fits your macros) for health reasons; not enough vitamins and minerals, not enough focus on fibre, lack of wholefoods, etc. However, ‘bad foods’ on occasion are absolutely fine, and this article will set out an example of a healthy flexbowl for you!

Our version of a high protein, nutrient-dense, oh-so delicious #FlexBowl can be found below!



300g of 0% Greek yoghurt,

Medium red apple (sliced),

75g raspberries,

20g Lindt 90% dark chocolate with a pinch of sea salt (grated, diced or crumbled),

Half a teaspoon of cinnamon.



Place the yoghurt in a mixing bowl.

Place the apple slices on first before adding the raspberries.

Sprinkle the chocolate on top before adding the cinnamon too!

Upload a photo to Instagram with the #Flexbowl hashtag, and then mix it up and enjoy!
