chocolate crispy cakes

 

Try this high protein and high fibre, healthy chocolate crispy cakes recipe!

 

Ingredients (makes 10):

 

Directions:

  • Place the Bran Flakes in a mixing bowl
  • Break up the chocolate and pop it in a glass bowl
  • Place the bowl over a pan of hot/simmering water, or in the microwave, until melted
  • Remove from the heat, an add the whey and almond milk, before stirring until smooth
  • Add the chocolate to the mixing bowl, and combine with the bran flakes
  • Place in 10 appropriately sized cake cases
  • Put them in the fridge to set for at least 20-30 minutes before serving

  • Protein: 7g
  • Fats: 13g
  • Carbs: 36g
  • Fibre: 4g
