When you are looking get to in top shape, every workout and EVERY MEAL counts. Missing out on either can write off days of hard work and you could have a number of negative knock – on effects.

This is my day to day bag, it has saved me (and others) countless times from being caught short.

This is what you will always find in it, so I never have an excuse to miss a meal or a workout – whether I’ve rushed out of the door or end up staying late at work…

This might sound like a lot, but there is plenty of room in my LDNM bag even without neatly packing the contents- honest!

Carrying all this around might not be suitable for everyone, but it gives you an idea of the preparation that you need to get past the plateau and to stay on track.
