Exercise Order:

  • Dumbbell Thrusters
  • Alternating Single Arm Kettlebell Swings
  • Curl & Arnold Press
  • Dumbbell Bent Over Rows
  • Bench Dips

 

The Workout:

  • 4 rounds;
  • 45 seconds per exercise
  • 15 seconds rest between exercises
  • 20 minutes in total
