To celebrate the release of the all new Back Pack on Sunday the 6th of September we have detailed a nasty FREE back workout below:

 

1. Deadlifts:
80% of your 1 rep maximum.
10 x 3
60 seconds rest between sets.

2. Overhand Lat Pull Down:
4 x 10.
75 seconds rest between sets.

3. Croc Rows Superset to Single Arm Rows:
Complete sets on each side.
3 x 10 superset to reps to failure.
45 seconds rest between sides.

4. Lat Push Downs:
3 x 12.
60 seconds rest between sets.

5. Face Pulls:
4 x 10
75 seconds rest between sets.

6. Incline Bench Dumbbell Shrugs:
4 x 10.
60 seconds rest between sets.
