Lloyd’s Workout:
- 20 seconds of each exercise
- 10 seconds rest between each exercise
- 2-4 rounds/circuits
- 4-8 minutes in total
Max’s Workout:
- 30 seconds of each exercise
- Minimal rest between each exercise
- 30 seconds rest between rounds/circuits
- 2-4 rounds
- 5-10 minutes in total
James’s Workout:
- 45 seconds of each exercise
- 15 seconds rest between each exercise
- 2-3 rounds/circuits
- 8-12 minutes in total
