These Easy Protein Bars from The Food Grinder are delicious, healthy and high protein – ideal to take to work with you or simply to prevent undue snacking!



40g (two heaped teaspoons) of melted peanut butter
5-10g (a squeeze) of honey
30g (quarter cup) of oats
1 scoop of LDNM Whey protein

Cashews (optional)



Melt the nut butter in a microwave

Combine the nut butter, honey, oats and whey in a mixing bowl

Flatten the mixture in a lined tin
Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set 

Top with cashews and melted dark chocolate
