The Dynamic Abs Workout:
- 5-10 Rounds;
- 5 x Barbell Rollouts
- 10 x Hanging Knee Raises
- 15 x Oversized Ball Slams
Aim for minimal rest between all exercises and complete them in the order shown, with the rep ranges detailed above!
