Merchandise orders are available for shipping to customers across the World. Deliveries will be dispatched within 7 working days.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Please note prior to any purchase please consult the sizing chart appendixed to each item of clothing. If you are in ANY doubt whatsoever as to the size you require please email us or tweet PRIOR to ordering.
Any returns must include a note detailing your order number, paypal address, reason for return and what you want to be swapped/refunded.
Please note; Shipping is only refundable if you receive faulty goods.
Please note that we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on underwear due to hygiene reasons.
Please note ANY items returned Covered in Animal or Human hair may NOT be issued a refund.

Due to the nature of these digital download products we are unable to offer refunds once you have downloaded the product. Please only download if you are certain you have purchased the correct product. We are unable to revoke access to your files.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us via email or twitter quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
