Why Would You Recommend LDNM To Others?
I also loved working out and having additional PT with MB as he really pushed me and the personal training sessions have given me confidence to perform more complicated lifts on my own, i.e. squats and deadlifts, knowing that my technique is optimal.
My strength has also improved massively. I’ve gone from squatting <40kg to 72.5kg, and my glute bridges, Romanian deadlifts and deadlifts have all doubled!
