This is a fantastic low carb, nutrient-dense breakfast, which takes only a few minutes to make! At only 200 calories it leaves room for a bowl of porridge, toast or a couple of pieces of fruit.



3 slices of chorizo,

120ml egg whites (3-4 egg whites),

Garlic season/mince to taste.

Salt and pepper,

Half a chopped red onion,

Half a chopped avocado,

Handful of tomatoes (halved),

Handful of lamb’s lettuce and small handful of rocket.



Cook the chorizo on a high heat for 2-3 minutes until it starts producing oil, and then remove.

Add the egg whites to the pan and reduce to a medium heat- season with the garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

Turn on the grill, and once the base of the egg has cooked put the pan under the grill to cook the top.

Add the onion to another pan on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes to soften.

Remove all the food from the heat and arrange your wrap!
