This is a super simple, hearty winter-warmer: chicken wrapped in bacon! I personally don’t think there are many better 4-word sentences out there!
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 thick slices bacon
- 1 tsp rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Wrap the bacon around the chicken. Secure the bacon with a toothpick.
- Bake for one hour in (180C) until breasts are no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.
- Serve with pesto and fresh salad.
