chicken wrapped in bacon


This is a super simple, hearty winter-warmer: chicken wrapped in bacon! I personally don’t think there are many better 4-word sentences out there!



  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 thick slices bacon
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste



  • Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  • Wrap the bacon around the chicken. Secure the bacon with a toothpick.
  • Bake for one hour in (180C) until breasts are no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.
  • Serve with pesto and fresh salad.
