As your higher calorie (and likely higher carb) meals will be pre or post-workout, this recipe for overnight oats will be high kcal, normal protein, high carb and low to moderate fat.





  • Add the oats to a container, before adding the whey, cinnamon and super greens and stirring through with a fork until even
  • Add the milk and stir through until there are no dry clumps
  • Add the frozen berries and mix through
  • Top with the chia seeds and cacao powder
