Try this super easy Berry Bomb Smoothie from our book Leaner, Fitter, Stronger.


Try adding a scoop of our whey protein to bolster the protein content of this nutrient-packed smoothie!



  • Large handful frozen mixed berries
  • 1 small banana (peeled and sliced)
  • 200ml nut milk (of your choice) or coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon of almond and cashew butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup or honey
  • Squeeze of lime juice



  • Blitz the ingredients in the blender and serve.

Add ice and blend again until smooth if you wish
