Try this super easy Berry Bomb Smoothie from our book Leaner, Fitter, Stronger.
Try adding a scoop of our whey protein to bolster the protein content of this nutrient-packed smoothie!
- Large handful frozen mixed berries
- 1 small banana (peeled and sliced)
- 200ml nut milk (of your choice) or coconut water
- 1 tablespoon of almond and cashew butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup or honey
- Squeeze of lime juice
- Blitz the ingredients in the blender and serve.
Add ice and blend again until smooth if you wish
