This Battle Rope HIIT Workout is challenging as a standalone workout, or after a weights session.
You can buy battle ropes off eBay and Amazon for a relatively cheap price. I believe these are a medium weight and around 9-12 meters long.
Directions:
- 12-20 rounds (dependent on your fitness)
- 10 press ups
- 20 seconds alternating waves
- 45 seconds rest
