Barbell HIIT Circuit

10 rounds;

  • 1 minute working
  • 1 minute rest between rounds
  • 20 minutes in total!

Exercise Order;

  • Burpee (with lateral hurdle/jump)
  • Burpee
  • Deadlift
  • Hurdle bar & repeat!

Count the reps you manage for the first 60 second effort & try to match it each round! This way you can simply hit a target number of reps as a priority, rather than constantly checking your watch.
