The Exercise Order:
- Resistance Band Lateral Raises & Running on the Spot
- Resistance Band Bicep Curls & Kettlebell Weighted Squat Taps
- Overhead Band Extensions & Star Jumps
- Complete 1 round;
- 30 seconds per exercise
- Trade exercises before moving onto the next pairing
- 3 minutes in total (but feel free to do 1-2 more)!
