Try this workout during the break in your favourite TV show: The Ad Break Blitz! All you need is a partner, resistance bands & a kettlebell!





The Exercise Order:

  • Resistance Band Lateral Raises & Running on the Spot
  • Resistance Band Bicep Curls & Kettlebell Weighted Squat Taps
  • Overhead Band Extensions & Star Jumps


The Workout:

  • Complete 1 round;
  • 30 seconds per exercise
  • Trade exercises before moving onto the next pairing
  • 3 minutes in total (but feel free to do 1-2 more)!
