Here is a great one for Ladies and Gents alike, the V-sit is a demanding exercise that is bound to give your abs a wake up call.

HOW TO

  • Lay flat on a matt
  • Simultaneously peform a crunch with your arms raised, and raise your legs to reach your arms.
  • Ensure you keep a neutral neck position throughout, keeping your eyes focused on the ceiling
  • Repeat 4x sets of 10-15 reps leaving a 30second rest between sets.
