All the LDNM Guides are sent as a PDF, and will be emailed to the email address associated with your PayPal account.

Do you use marketed Fat Burners?
These are not something we promote or use. We prefer natural metabolism boosters/fat burners such as green tea and CLA.
How long have you been (properly) resistance training for?
The Exton twins for about 3-4 years, and the Bridger brothers around 2-3 years respectively.
LISS or HIIT cardio?
Both; there’s a time and a place for both forms of cardio. HIIT may be a favourite of some, whilst others need to complete LISS to avoid injury or worsening a condition or injury.
Fasted HIIT or LISS cardio?
- We always complete HIIT at least one meal into the day, with a minimum of BCAAs 20 minutes prior and intra-workout.
- LISS we complete fasted before breakfast, having consumed BCAAs, litre of ice cold water and HMB 20 minutes prior.
